River Project

This new construction project displayed the beauty of team work. The client’s trust in the team; of Zoller & Associates, Parker Design, Billue of Metro Cabinets and Mark DeJong Builders, gave all involved the freedom to create a unique home nestled on the north side of the Manatee River. The exterior’s contemporary interpretation of Greek design and the interior’s colorful contemporary style, created a spectacular home. The layout of the house, with its central gathering area, owner’s wing with private patio, and guest wing overlooking an elevated pool, offer magnificent views of the river.
